How Jolink Black Masterbatch WM3F & WM3E meeting stringent requirements for water supply Pipe

Ensuring flawless raw material quality is the priority line of defense for guaranteeing the quality and safety of water supply pipes during construction. Jolink Masterbatch strictly adheres to both QB/T 4132-2010 and GB/T 13663 standards, meeting stringent requirements for water supply grades in everything from carbon black selection to additive systems. Using virgin tank/furnace process carbon black with a particle size ≤25nm, we ensure the carbon black forms a dense protective layer within the pipe, achieving highly efficient UV blocking and outdoor weather resistance and anti-aging properties. The carrier resin uses brand-new HDPE/LLDPE virgin raw materials, fundamentally guaranteeing melt compatibility with PE100 and PE80 pipe substrates and avoiding delamination defects. Based on this complete set of technical specifications, our water supply pipe-specific black masterbatch undergoes carbon black dispersion testing and moisture control before leaving the factory. This ensures that during actual processing, whether using single-screw or twin-screw extrusion, it can achieve synchronous plasticization with the substrate, effectively avoiding surface defects such as "sharkskin" or "crystal points" on the pipe surface. The actual addition ratio of our water supply pipe-specific black masterbatch can be stably controlled between 1% and 4%, resulting in not only uniform coloring, a bluish hue, high blackness, and high gloss, but also significantly improving the ring stiffness and long-term hydrostatic strength of the finished pipe, ensuring stable operation of your water supply network under harsh working conditions.
